Want to bring the kids or other family members along?
Member guests can come along casually for $15 a session.
(Children must be over 7 years of age to train in adult classes).
Private Group Training
Get the family, some friends or even your work colleagues together and do your own private sessions.
Training can be done on site at our studio or I can even come to you.
