Our Classes

HIIT Studio

Give your morning a boost with an upbeat interval circuit class using a variety of weights, suspension trainers & other equipment.  

Body Tone

Designed for women. This class will help you tone up, lose body weight and increase strength. Suitable for beginners to seasoned trainers. Children welcome.


Get your heart rate going to burn those calories. Using a range of training techniques and equipment in this high-intensity class.


Strength, Toning & Cardio Training make up our STACT class. Targeting all muscle groups, this class is designed to promote strength, cardiovascular endurance, lean muscle growth, and burn fat.


Always changing get your weekend started with a bang. All fitness levels welcome

Double Up Classes (ON HOLD DUE TO COVID-19)

Our new "Double Up" class option allows you to double your work out. Check the timetable for class options.


Let out some frustration with a range of boxing drills to help drop body fat, improve strength and co-ordination. (Gloves provided) 

Get Healthy Workshops

From food prep to snack ideas. Our get healthy workshops are designed to save you time & money with easy tips and inspiration.

Adventure Days

Monthly group outings designed to get you out of your comfort zone and having some active fun. Family welcome.

No problems, children aged 7 and above can train with you for $10 a child, per session.
