I have done a few different challenges myself where you compete against others to win the ‘Grand Prize’, you put in weeks of hard work, stick to a strict diet to achieve your best result possible, people vote to see if your change was better than the others. Presentation night comes along and you don’t win. You are left feeling disappointed and start to wonder if it was all worth it.
Unlike these type of challenges, my 8 week Transformation Challenge rewards everyone who puts in the hard work and reaches their goals. It’s all about challenging yourself instead of other participants to ensure the best results. We will sit down together when you sign up; discuss your goals and what you will need to put into “Your challenge” to reach them. I will then be there every step of the way to help you achieve your goals.
You can start anytime during the year. Individual programs will run for 8 weeks, and include a Facebook group page, where I will share nutritional posts, exercise routines and much more to keep you motivated as well as allow you to share your experience with the others going through the same thing.
