Salmon with Spinach & Apple Salad
Salmon is a growing favourite in our home. Packed full of good fats, vitamins and protein it is a simple, tasty meal idea which can be easily paired with some great sides.
We love this recipe as not only is it SUPER easy, it is also super tasty and takes less than 15 minutes to prepare and serve and you will probably have all the ingredients already in your cupboard.
Best of all you don't need to use fresh salmon, today most supermarkets sell a range of frozen salmon packs which are individually portioned, so all you need to do it grab them from the freezer! Even better you can stock up when you see them special, making it a cheaper meal option.
